Refund & Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation and refund terms apply to all tours and activities unless a different policy is stated on the product page.
How to Cancel a Booking:
To cancel a booking, please send an email to info@sahrawy.travel with your booking details.

– Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours using the same payment method used for booking.
– If cancellation is made outside the allowed timeframe, the booking will be non-refundable.
Customer Policy
– Booking Requirements: Travelers must provide valid identification and ensure all personal details are correct at the time of booking.

– Tour Conduct: Customers are expected to follow tour guidelines and respect local laws and customs. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
– Liability & Insurance: Sahrawy Travel is not responsible for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional security.
– Amendments: Changes to bookings (departure date, guest names, tour selection, etc.) will be subject to price differences based on the new booking date.
