Booking your Holiday
Upon booking your holiday with Our Company a 25 % deposit per person per tour is required to confirm your reservation.
Once we have received your chosen travel arrangements as well as your deposit, you will be sent an e-mailed confirmation.
Check this confirmation together with all other documents to ensure they fully agree with your instructions.
Following confirmation, we will send you an invoice of the remaining balance which is 75 % to be paid either by Cash or Travelers Checks upon your arrival in Cairo.

Amendments
please advise us immediately should you wish to make any revisions to your booking after it has been confirmed.
When a member of your party is prevented from traveling, (i.e. – as a result of personal injury, illness, illness of a close relative or unavoidable work commitments), the person concerned may transfer his or her booking to another qualified person provided we are notified no less than 14 days before departure.

Cancellation by you
you have an option to cancel your holiday arrangements which must be exercised in writing and sent by fax or recorded delivery. The fees for this option are listed below.

Before departure
1) More than 4 weeks notice, all deposit refunded.
2) Less than 2 weeks notice, no deposit refundable.

Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that adequate travel insurance is obtained prior to departure.
Tour Prices
The prices in our website are valid until July 1, 2026. Traveleg.com reserves the right to alter the prices as a result of fluctuation in exchange rates or transfer prices. In this case an amended invoice will be sent to the client. If the alteration results in an increase of more than 15% of the original price quoted, the client may cancel the booking and obtain a full deposit refund.

Unused Services
No refund or compensation can be obtained from sahrawy.travel for any unused hotel accommodation, service or feature. No refund is exchangeable or assignable. If clients make any alterations to any portion of their holiday it will be completely at their own expense.

Responsibilities
sahrawy.travel only accepts responsibility for arrangements of your holiday which are wholly within its control. We has no direct control over outside agents, but will give all reasonable assistance in resolving any complaint or claim.We accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any loss, damages or expenses arising from delays, transport failure, strikes, political unrest, fire, flood or government action.

Holiday Description
The information about the tours featured here was given in good faith and considered accurate at the time of publication. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept it might be necessary to vary or modify any tour itinerary or its contents due to local prevailing conditions, and agree to be bound by the tour leader or representative.
If this occurs sahrawy.travel reserves the right to substitute alternative arrangements without compensation and accept no liability for loss of enjoyment of the holiday described in the brochure as a result of such changes.

Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure all members of your party have all necessary passports and visas prior to departure. For those booking tours in Egypt, a full Egyptian visa is required.
We cannot accept any responsibility if you are denied entry into the country or onto any flight due to inadequate travel documentation. Any costs or expenses incurred as a result will be your responsibility.

Requirements can change from time to time and you should check the current information well before your departure date.
